I have a BS in Electrical Engineering.  I have worked in telecom, biomedical, and as a principal in my own Electrical Engineering business.  I have been using graphical design skills throughout my career in user interface design, technical documentation and finally my own Engineering business.  I have a thorough knowledge of human factors and web usability due to the many seminars I have attended and the international products and web sites I have designed and programmed. Due to my diverse career I have many resources that I can pull from to make your web site innovative, usable and technically correct.  My many resources include not only my skills, but skills of colleagues when the site requires a partcular expertise {hence the "Who are We" in the navigation menu}.
